का.आ. 87 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है किलोकहित में यह आवश्यक है कि गुजरात राज्य में सलाया से उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य मे मथुग तक पैट्रोलियम उत्पाद के परिवहन के लिए " सलाया - मथुरा पाइपलाइन के अन्तर्गत डी- वॉटलनेकिंग परियोजना " के कार्यान्वयन हेतु इडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा एक पाइपलाइन बिछाई जानी चाहिए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि उक्त भूमि में , जिसके भीतर उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना से संलग्नं अनुसूची में वर्णित है , उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार, पैट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन्स (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन ) अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ;
कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि से हितबद्ध है , उस तारीख से जिसको , भारत के राजपत्र में यथाप्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियों जनसाधारण को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है , इक्कीस दिन के भीतर, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने या भूमि के नीचे पाइपलाइन बिछाए जाने के संबंध में श्री भीम सिह , सक्षम प्राधिकारी , 149 GI /2012
इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, (पाइपलाइन्स प्रभाग ) , निर्माण कार्यालय , प्लाट नं. 38-39 , एसडीसी विनय ब्लॉक द्वितीय, चौथा तल , मौजी कॉलोनी , मालवीय नगर, जयपुर , राजस्थान -302017 को लिखित रूप में आक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 16th January, 2012
S.O. 87 (E ) . Whereas , it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of petroleum products from Salaya in the State of Gujrat to Mathura in the State of Uttar Pradesh a Pipeline should be laid for implementing De-- Bottlenecking Project under Salaya - Mathura Pipeline by the IndianOil Corporation Limited ;
And whereas , it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline , it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under

which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid , and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962(50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right ofUser therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one days from the date onwhich the copies of this notification issued under sub-section( 1 ) ofSection 3 ofthe said Act, as published in the Gazette of India , are made available to the general public , object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to.
