का.आ. 122(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त. शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , जिला भूमि अध्याप्ति अधिकारी रामपुर को उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग मख्या 24 के 207.080 कि.मी. से 211.400 कि.मी. ( मुरादाबाद- बरेली सक्शन ) तक के भूखण्ड के सबध मे बाइपासो सहित, यदि काइ होउक्त गष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने , आदि ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन हतु उक्त अधिनियम क अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र म प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) ofSection 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer Pampur, Uttar Pradesh , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of

publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette , in respect of the stretch of land from km 207.080 to km 211.400 of National Highway No. 24 (Moradabad-Bareilly Section) ,. for building (widening/ for laning etc. ) , maintenance , management and operation of the said National Highway including by passes if any, in the State of Uttar Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
