का.आ. 115(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग धिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन आर गजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 164( अ) , तारीख 29 जनवरी , 2008 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 29 जनवरी 2008 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करनी है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, जिला कोजीकाड " से भर्वाधन क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , कॉलम ( 2 ) में प्रविष्टि " उप- जिलाधीश , कोज़ीकोड " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " विशेष उप- चिताधीश (एलए) एनएच , कोज़ीकोड " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 20th January, 2012
S.O. 115 (E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , Number S.O. 164(E ) , dated the 29th January, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section (ii ) , dated the 29th January, 2008 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , against Semal No. 3 relating to District " Kozhikode" , in column ( 2 ) , for the entry "Deputy Collector LA, Kozhikode " , the entry "Special Deputy Collector (LA) NH, Kozhikode " shall be substituted.
