साका नि. 37(अ)-प्राचीन सस्मारक और पुरातत्वीय स्थल और अवशेष अधिनियम , 1958 ( 1958 का 24 ) की धारा 38 की अपेक्षानुसार , प्राचीन संस्मारक और पुरातत्त्वीय स्थल और अवशेष नियम , 1959 मे और सशोधन करने के लिए नियमो का एक प्रारूप , भारत सरकार , सस्कृति मंत्रालय ( भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण ) की अधिसूचना म साकानि 751 ( अ) , दिनांक 12 अक्तूबर, 2011 के अतर्गत उस तारीख जिस तक उक्त अधिसूचना वाले गजपत्र की प्रतिया जनसाधारण को उपलब्ध कराई गई थीं , से 30 दिनो की अवधि समाप्त होने से पहले सभी व्यक्तियों जिनके उससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना, थी , आपत्तियां और सुझाव आमंत्रित करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( 1 ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था;
और उक्त राजपत्र की प्रतियां 12-10-2011 को जनसाधारण को उपलब्ध कराई गई थी ,
और उक्त प्रारूप में जनता से कोई आपत्तिया और सुझाव प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं;
अतः अब , प्राचीन संस्मारक और पुरातत्वीय स्थल और अवशेष अर्धािनयम , 1958 ( 1958 का 24 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा प्राचीन सस्मारक और पुरातत्वीय स्थल और अवशेष नियम , 1959 का और सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्
1 मक्षिप्त नाम , तारीख और आरम्भ. ( 1 ) इन नियमो को प्राचीन सस्मारक और पुरातत्वीय स्थल और अवशेष ( सशोधन ) नियम, 201। कहा जाएगा ।

1959 मे ( 11 ) ये राजपत्र मे प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत होगे । 2 प्राचीन सस्मारक और पुरातत्वीय स्थल और अवशेष नियम,
नियम 8 ( घ ) मे " विजीटर्स राउण्ड " शब्दो के बाद " अथवा उसके फोटोग्राफ ले " शब्दो का लोप किया जाएगा ।

GS.R. 37 (E). Whereas a draft of rules further to amend the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules , 1959 was published as required by the Section 38 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958 ) , in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 Sub- section (i ) dated the 12th October , 2011 , under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India) number GS.R. 751 (E) , dated the 12th October, 2011 , inviting objection and suggestion from all persons likely to be effected thereby, before the expiry of the period of the thirty days from the dateonwhich copies ofthe Official Gazette containing the said notification were made available to the public;
And whereas copies of the said Gazette were made available to the public on 12-10-2011 ;
And whereas , no objections and suggestions have beenrecceived from the public on the said draft rules;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the Section 38 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958) , the Central Government herehy makes the following rules further to amend the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules , 1959 , namely:-
[PART II-SEC . 3(1) ]
1. Short title , date and commencement.-(i ) These rules may be called the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains (Amendment) Rules , 2011.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites andRemains Rules , 1959-
In rule 8 (d) after the words " Visitors round " the words" or take his photographs " shall be omitted.
