का.आ. 155 (अ). निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) नियम , 1964 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित निर्यात ( गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण एवं निरीक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 22 ) की धारा 3 के अनुसरण में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा भारत सरकार, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय, वाणिज्य विभाग की दिनांक 9 नवम्बर , 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2856 ( अ ) , में एतद्वारा आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन किया जाता है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 त्तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्

S.O. 155(E) . In pursuance ofSection 3 ofthe Export (Quality Control and Inspection)Act, 1963 (22 of 1963 ) read with rule 3 ofthe Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Rules , 1964, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 2856 (E ), dated the 9th November, 2009 , namely:
