का.आ. 146(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , विदेशी विषयक आदेश , 1948 के खंड 2 के उप- खंड ( 2 ) के अनुसरण में विदेशी क्षेत्रीय पंजीकरण अधिकारी , कालीकट ( कोझीकोड ) को , केरल राज्य के मालापुरम जिले में कालीकट ( कोझीकोड ) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन तथा कालीकट ( कोझीकोड ) समुद्रपत्तन सहित कोझीकोड ग्रामीण पुलिस जिला तथा मालापुरम जिला, कोझीकोड पुलिस आयुक्तालय से गठित कोझीकोड के क्षेत्राधिकार में आने वाले क्षेत्रों के संबंध में, उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनार्थ दिनांक 29 फरवरी , 2012 से एतद्वारा ' सिविल प्राधिकारी ' के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

In excrcise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order, 1948 , the Central Government hereby appoints the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer , Calicut (Kozhikode ) as the "CivilAuthority" for the purposes of the said Order for the jurisdiction of Kozhikode comprising of Kozhikode City Police Commissionerate , Kozhikode Rural Police District and District of Malapuram including Calicut (Kozhikode)
