नई दिल्ली, 24 जनवरी , 2012
का.आ. 152 (अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , मैट्रो रेल ( प्रचालन और अनुरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 2002 ( 2002 का 60 ) की धारा 1 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , आन्ध्र प्रदेश सरकार से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, हैदराबाद मैट्रोपोलिटन डेवेलपमेंट अथॉरिटी, ऐक्ट, 2008 ( 2008 का आन्ध्र प्रदेश अधिनियम 8 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) में यथाविनिर्दिष्ट हैदराबाद के महानगरीय क्षेत्र पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों को विस्तारित करती है ।

New Delhi , the 24th January, 2012.
S.O. 152 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 1 of the Metro Railways (Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2002 (60 of2002) , the Central Government after consultation with the Government ofAndhra Pradesh, hereby extend the provisions of the said Act to the metropolitan area of Hyderabad , as specified in sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Hyderabad Metropolitan DevelopmentAuthority Act, 2008 ( Andhra Pradesh Act 8 of 2008 ) , with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
