Government hereby designates Sh Inder Kumar , Additional Legal Adviser to the Government of India , in the Department of Legal Affairs , Ministry of Law and Justice as the officer for the purposes of the said rules in relation to notaries to be appointed by the Central Government
This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette

सा.का.नि. 48 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , नोटेरी नियम , 1956 के नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार के विधि और न्याय मत्रालय ( विधि कार्य विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्याक सा का नि 820 ( अ ) , तारीख 17 नवबर, 2011 के अधिक्रमण में, केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाले नोटरियो के संबंध में उक्त नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए भारत सरकार , विधि कार्य विभाग , विधिऔर न्याय मंत्रालय में श्री इन्द्र कुमार , अपर विधि सलाहकार , को अधिकारी के रूप में अभिहित करती है ।

साका.नि. 49(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, नोटेरी अधिनियम , 1952 (1952 का 53 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , नाटरी नियम, 1956 का और सशोधन करन लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः-

G.S.R. 49(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 ofthe Notaries Act, 1952 (53 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Notaries Rules , 1956, namely:
[PART II SEC. 3 (1) ]
1 ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Notaries (Amendment) Rules , 2012.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2In Form 11 B appended to the Notaries Rules , 1956 for the words and brackets " Joint Secretary to the Government of India/ Secretary to the Government of (Name of the State) " , the words and brackets "Competent Authority (Notaries) , Government of India /Secretary to the Government of (Nameofthe State) , " shall be substituted.
