का.आ. 157(अ).-पेट्रोलियम नियम , 2002 के नियम 16( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्तः शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की अधिसूचना दिनांक 17-1-2011 के का. आ. सं. 91 ( अ ) , के क्रम में, केन्द्र सरकार, लोक हित में पेट्रोलियम के आयात की आवश्यकता पर विचार करते हुए, एतद्वारा गुजरात में मुंद्रा पत्तन के लिए 31-12-2011 के बाद से 31-12-2014 तक अगले तीन वर्षों की अवधि हेतु समुद्री मार्ग से भारत में पेट्रोलियम आयात करने हेतु अधिसूचित करती है ।

S.O. 157(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 16 ( 1 ) of the Petroleum Rules , 2002 , and in continuation of the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) S.O. No. 91 (E) , dated 17-1-2011 , the Central Government, in consideration ofthe necessity to import petroleum in public interest, hereby notifies Mundra Port in Gujarat for importing Petroleum in India by sea for a further period of three years beyond 31-12-2011 upto 31-12-2014.
