का. आ. 179 (अ.). केन्द्रीय सरकार अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन फर्स्ट कमोडिटीज एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लि. , कोच्चि द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पत्र पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में और लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को नारियल तेल और कोपरा में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में 1 फरवरी , 2012 से 31 मई, 2012 (दोनों दिन सम्मिलित ) तक अगले चार माह की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करती है।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता को मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी।

New Delhi , the 27th January, 2012
S.O. 179 ( E) . The Central Government, having considered, in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai , the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952),by the First Commodities Exchange of India Ltd. , Kochi and being satisfied that it wouldbe in the interest of the trade and also in public interest todo so, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 ofthe said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of four months from 1st February, 2012 to 31st May, 2012 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Coconut Oil and Copra .
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
