सा.का.नि. 55 (अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के उप - वाक्य ( कक ) मे प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एव सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड, एतद्वारा , भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना स 12/97- सीमा शुल्क ( गैटे ) , दिनाक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 , जिसे सा कानि 193 ( अ ) , दिनाक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र मे प्रकाशित किया गया था , मे और आग निम्नलिखित सशोधन करता है, यथा
उक्त अधिसूचना मे , सारणी मे , क्रम सख्या ।। के समक्ष , जो कि तमिलनाडु से सबंधित है , के कॉलम ( 3 ) मे मद ( XI ) के पश्चात् और कॉलम ( 4 ) मे उनसे सबधित प्रविष्टि मे क्रमश निम्लिखित मद और प्रविष्टि अत. स्थापित की जाएगी , यथा

" ( x11 ) तोन्डियार्पेट ( टीएनपीएम ) , चेन्नै
आयातित माल को उतारना और निर्यात माल को लादना "

टिप्पण-प्रधान अधिसूचना म 12/ 97 - सीमा शुल्क ( गै टै ) , दिनाक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 को साकानि 193 (अ ) , दिनाक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण के भाग II , खड 3 , उप - खड ( 1 ) मे प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसमे अतिम बार अधिसूचना स 60/2011 -सीमा- शुल्क ( गै है ) , दिनाक 24 अगस्त , 2011 के द्वारा मा का.नि. 638 ( अ ) , दिनाक 24 अगस्त, 2011 के तहत किया गया था ।

GS.R. 55(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub- section (1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No 12/97 - Custoins (NT), dated the 2nd April , 1997, published in the Gazette of India , vide number GSR 193 (E) , dated the 2nd April , 1997 , namely
In the said notification , in the Table , against serial number 11 relating to the State of Tamil Nadu , in column (3 ) , after item (x1 ) and the entry relating thereto in column (4) , the following item and the entry shall respectively be inserted, namely
