का.आ. 188(अ), जबकि भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् ( निर्वाचन ) नियमावली , 1975 के नियम 23 के साथ पठित भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम , 1970 ( 1970 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख ) के अनुसरण में , जीवाजी विश्वविद्यालय , ग्वालियर ( मध्य प्रदेश ) के आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा पद्धति के एक सदस्य को उक्त विश्वविद्यालय के आयुर्वेद संकाय के सदस्यों द्वारा अपने बीच से निर्वाचित किया गया है ;
अतएव , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार अब स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की तारीख 21 अगस्त , 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3259 ( अ ) में निम्नांकित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में, " धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ख) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अधीन तालिका में, निम्नलिखित विश्वविद्यालय के सामने उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January, 2012
S.O. 188 (E) .Whereas in pursuance of clause (b) of sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970 ) read with the rule 23 of the Indian Medicine Central Council ( Election ) Rules , 1975 , one member from Ayurveda System ofMedicine of Jiwaji University, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh) has been elected from amongst themselves by the members of Ayurveda faculty of the said University;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government makes the following further amendments in the notificatioo of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare , number S.O. 3259 ( E) , dated the 21stAugust, 1971 , namely:-
In the said notifiaction , under the heading "Elected under clause (b) of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 ", in the Table , against the following university, for the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
