का.आ. 208(अ).-यतः , मै. जी.पी. रियल्टर्स लिमिटेड ने हरियाणा राज्य के ग्राम बहरामपुर , बलोला पैच बंधवारी , तहसील सोहना , जिला गुड़गाँव में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जौन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है ) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया था;
और यतः , केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1159 ( अ) , दिनांक 4 मई , 2009 द्वारा उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में 18.86858 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित कर दिया था;
और यतः , अब केन्द्र सरकार ने विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उप - ध ारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 103 ( अ) , दिनांक 18 जनवरी , 2011 द्वारा उपर्युक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में से 2.1601 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अनधिसूचित किया था एवं 4.8817 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को अधिसूचित किया था , जिसके परिणामतः कुल क्षेत्र 21.59023 हेक्टेयर हो गया था;
और यतः , मै. जी. पी. रियल्टर्स लिमिटेड ने उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन में 0.1467 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र को शामिल करने का प्रस्ताव किया है और केन्द्र सरकार ने उक्त प्रस्ताव पर अपनी स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है ;
अतः, अब, विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के दूसरे परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियमावली , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा 0.1467 हेक्टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त विशेष आर्थिक जोन के भाग के रूप में शामिल करने के लिए अधिसूचित करती है, जिसके परिमाणतः कुल क्षेत्र 21.73693 हेक्टेयर हो जाएगा जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 208(E ). Whereas, M /s . G P. Realtors Private Limited had proposed under Section 3 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 ( 28 of 2005 ) ( hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Village Beharampur, Balola and Bandhwari , Tehsil- Sohna, District Gurgaon in the State ofHaryana;
And whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules , 2006, had notified the area of 18.86858 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1159 (E ), dated 4th May, 2009 ;
Andwhereas, the Central Government; in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules , 2006, had denotified an area of 2.1601 hectares and notified an additional area of 4.8817 hectares to make resultant area as 21.59023 hectares at above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification number S.O. 103 (E ) , dated 18th January, 2011 ;
And whereas , M/ s. G.P. Realtors Private Limited has now proposed to include an area of 0.1467 hectares to the above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government has given its acceptance to the proposal;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an area of 0.1467 hectares as part of the above Special Economic Zone , thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 21.73693 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below. in the Tahle, namely:-
