का.आ. 214(अ). खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 2006 ( 2006 का अधिनियम संख्या 34 ) की धारा 5 और 7 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , श्री के. चन्द्रमौली को, भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानकं- प्राधिकरण के अध्यक्ष के रूप में , 80,000 रु. प्रतिमाह के वेतनमान तथा समय- समय पर लागू अन्य भत्तों के साथ 27 जनवरी , 2012 से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए अथवा 65 वर्ष की आयु तक अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हों, नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 214( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 and Section 7 of the Food Safety and Standard Authority Act, 2006 (Act No. 34 of 2006) , the CentralGovernment hereby appoints Shri K, Chandramouli asChairperson of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, in the scale of pay of Rs . 80,000/- P.M. plus other allowances as applicable from time to time, w.e.f. 27th January, 2012 for a period of three years or upto the age of sixty five years or until further order, whichever is earlier.
