का.आ. 215(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्तं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.. 1122(अ) , दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 के खण्ड ( च ) के अंतर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजनार्थ केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा मान्यताप्राप्त नियोक्ताओं के संगठनों के परामर्श से नियुक्त" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 33 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2012
S.O. 215 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 1122 (E) , dated the 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 9th May, 2008 .
Inthe said notification under the heading "Appointed bythe Central Government under clause (f) of Section 4 in consultation with organisations of employers recognised by the Central Government for the purpose " against Sl . No. 33 , the following entries shall be substituted, namely:--
