फास 5/15015/30/2012.-दिनाक 1 अगस्त , 2011 की अधिसूचना सख्या 2-15015/30/2010 के अतर्गत भारत के गजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग- III , खण्ड 4 में खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक ( ब्राद्य उत्पादन एवं खाद्य सहयोज्य ) विनियमावली , 201। के. पृष्ठ 1-529 पर प्रकाशित भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण की अधिसूचना में
(1 ) पृष्ठ 3 , पंक्ति 10 और 1.1 , " परंतु जब कभी इन विनियमों में दिए गए मानक पहले ही प्रदान की गई अनुज्ञप्तियों के उपबंधों में से किसी उपबंध से भिन्न हों तो खाद्य कारबारं प्रचालक, विनियमों के प्रारंभ की तारीख से 6 महीने के भीतर इन विनियमों के उपबंधों का पालन करेगा " के स्थान पर " परंतु जब कभी इन विनियमों में दिए गए मानक पहले ही प्रदान की गई अनुज्ञप्तियों के उपबंधों में से किसी उपबंध से भिन्न हों तो खाद्य कारबार प्रचालक, विनियमां के प्रारंभ की तारीख से एक वर्ष के भीतर इन विनियमों के उपबंधो का पालन करेगा " पढ़ें ।

F. No. 5/15015/30/2012 . In the notification of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India published in the Gazette of India , at pages 1-529 of the Food Safety and Standards ( Food Producis Standards and Food Additives) Regulations , 2011 , Extraordinary, Part III , Section 4 vide F.No. 2-15015/30/2010 dated 1st August,
1. page 287, line 26 , 27 and 28 for " Provided that wherever the standards given in these regulations are at variance with any of the provisions of the licenses already granted , Food Business Operator shall comply with the provisions of these regulations within six months from the date of commencement of the regulations " read "Provided that wherever the standards given in these regulations are at variance with any of the provisions of the licenses already granted , Food Business Operator shall comply with the provisions of these regulations within one year from the date of commencement of these regulations ."
