सा.का.नि. 65 (अ).- जबकि ऋण वसूली अधिकरण इलाहाबाद, समूह ' क ' और ' ख' ( राजपत्रित ) और समूह ' ख ' ( अराजपत्रित ) पद भर्ती नियम , 2001 मे सचिव/ पजीकार के पद समाविष्ट है; और
जबकि सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने उक्त पजीकार के पद को वित्तीय सेवाए विभाग की स्टाफ सख्या मे केन्द्रीय सचिवालय सेवा के वरिष्ठ चयन ग्रेड चयन ग्रेड ( निदेशक/उप - संचिव ) मे सवर्गीकृत करने हेतु अनमोदन दिया है ।
जबकि उपर्युक्त ऋण वसूली अधिकरण में तैनात व्यक्ति पजीकार के रूप में कार्य करते रहेगे ।
इसलिए , अब , बैक और वित्तीय सस्थाओ को देय ऋण वसूली अधिनियम, 1993 ( 1993 का 51 ) की धारा 36 की उप -धारा ( 2 ) के खण्ड ( क ) के साथ पठित साधारण खण्ड अधिनियम , 1897 ( 1897 का 10 ) की धारा 21 और कार्मिक , जन शिकायत और पेशन मत्रालय , कार्मिक एव प्रशिक्षण विभाग के कार्यालय आदेश फा. स 24/2/2011- सीएस. I ( पी ) , दिनांक 23 जनवरी , 2012 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि उक्त नियमो की अनुसूची के क्रम स । के सामने उल्लिखित पंजीकार के पद के सवर्गीकरण के परिणामस्वरूप उक्त नियम प्रास्थगित रहेगे ।

प्रमाणित किया जाता है कि पजीकार के पद को प्रास्थगित करने से किसी भी व्यक्ति का हित प्रभावित नही होगा ।

NewDelhi , the 3rd February, 2012
GS.R. 65 (E ). Whereas the Debts Recovery Tribunal , Allahabad , Group 'A' and 'B' (Gazetted) and Group 'B' ( Non - Gazetted ) posts Recruitment Rules, 2001 contain the postof Secretary/Registrar, and
Whereas the competent authority has accorded approval for encadrement of the said post of Registrar into the Senior Selection Grade/Selection Grade (Director/Deputy Secretary) of the Central Secretanat Service on the strength of Department of Financial Services , and
Whereas the persons posted in the aforesaid Debt Recovery Tribunal shall continue to function as Registrar.
Now, therefore, in exercase of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of sub- section ( 2) of Section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 ( 51 of 1993), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) and the Ministry of Personnel , Public Grievances and Pensions , Department of Personnel and Training's Office Order F.No.24/2/2011 - CS I ( P) Dated 23 January, 2012, the Central Government hereby notifies that consequent upon encadrement of the post of Registrar mentioned against the serial No.1 of the Schedule to the said rules shall remain in abeyance.
