का.आ. 219(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उर्वरक (नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1985 के खण्ड 20 ख के अनुसरण में भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) , में भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग ) की सं. का.आ. 2363 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 2010 द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना में ,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 1 में, ' क्षेत्र' शीर्ष के अधीन ' लखीमपुर खीरी ' शब्दों के पश्चात्" बहराइच , हरदोई, रायबरेली, सहारनपुर और सीतापुर " शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
(ii) क्रम संख्या 3 में, ' क्षेत्र ' शीर्ष के अधीन ' लखीमपुर खीरी ' शब्दों के पश्चात् " बहराइच , हरदोई, सहारनपुर और सीतापुर" शब्द अन्तःस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

New Delhi , the 3rd February, 2012
S.O. 219 (E) . In pursuance of clause 20B of the Fertiliser ( Control) Order, 1985 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofAgriculture (Department of Agriculture and Co-operation) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , vide number S.O. 2363 (E) , dated the 30thSepternber , 2010 , namely:
Inthe said notification ,-
(i) in serial number 1 , under the heading "Area" , after the words " Lakhimpur Kheri " the words "Bahraich, Hardoi , Raibarelly, Saharanpur, and Sitapur" shall be inserted .
(ii) in serial number 3 , under the heading "Area" , after the words "Lakhimpur Kheri " , the words "Bahraich , Hardoi , Saharanpur, and Sitapur " shall be inserted.
