का.आ. 225 (अ) . यतः विकास नियंत्रण मानदण्डों और अनुमेयता के संबंध में केन्द्र सरकार का मास्टर प्लान दिल्ली-2021 में जिन कुछ संशोधनों को करने का प्रस्ताव था जिन्हें दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा 25 जुलाई , 2011 के सं. का.आ. 1698 ( अ ) के माध्यम से भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में सार्वजनिक नोटिस के रूप में उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - ए की उप - धारा ( 3 ) में अपेक्षित आपत्तियां/ सुझाव , उक्त नोटिस की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर आमंत्रित करते हुए, प्रकाशित किया गया था ।
2. अतः केन्द्र सरकार ने इस मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर सावधानीपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात् मास्टर प्लान दिल्ली-2021 में संशोधन करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. इसलिए, अब , केन्द्र सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 -ए की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से उक्त मास्टर प्लान दिल्ली-2021 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
संशोधन
मास्टर प्लान-2021 की तालिका 4.3 में , ' विदेशी मिशन' उपयोग परिसरों के लिए , अनुमेय उपयोग/उपयोग गतिविधियों के कॉलम के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित शब्दों को हटाया जाना है । "( रिहायशी घटक हेतु एफ.ए. आर. के अधिकतम 25 % के

S.O. 225 (E ) .Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Planfor Delhi - 2021 regarding Development Control Norms Permissibility which were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 1698 (E) , dated 25th July, 2011 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 ( 61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub- section (3 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said notice .
2. Whereas the Central Government have , after carefully considering all aspects of the matter , decided to modifythe Master Plan for Delhi - 2021.
3. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 11 - A of the said Act , theCentral Government hereby makes the following modi- fication in the said Master Plan for Delhi- 2021 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .
Modification:
InTable 4.3 of MPD- 2021 , for ' Foreign Mission' use premises , under column Use /Use Activities Permitted, the following words to be deleted.
"(with maximum 25% of FAR for residential component)"
