MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS सा.का.नि. 68(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , कंपनी सचिव अधिनियम , 1980 ( 1980 का 60 ) की धारा 29 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र में सा.का.नि. 490 (अ ) तारीख 13 जुलाई , 2007 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 6th February, 2012 2. उक्त अधिसूचना के प्रारंभिक पैरा के अधीन मद सं. ( 1 ) , (2 ) , ( 3 ) , ( 4 ) , और ( 5 ) के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -
