का. आ. 228(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 27 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , नेशनल स्पॉट एक्सचेंज लि. में व्यापारित वस्तुओं की बिक्री एवं खरीद के लिए एक दिन की अवधि की सभी अग्रिम संविदाओं पर उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों के प्रचालन से छूट प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से , भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग II, खंड 3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय , उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 906( अ ) , तारीख 5 जनू, 2007 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
सन्दर्भित अधिसूचना में, शर्त ( iv ) में, " इसकी पदनामित एजेन्सी " शब्दों के स्थान पर " वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th February, 2012
S.O. 228( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation ) Act, 1952 ( 74 of 1952) , the Ceotral Government hereby makes the following amendmeots in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs number S.O. 906 (E ) , dated 5th June , 2007, published inthe Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 (ii ) with a view to exempt all forward contracts of one day duration for the sale and purchase of commodities traded onthe National Spot Exchange Ltd. from the operation of the provisions of the said Act .
In the said notification, in condition ( iv), for the words , " its designated agency" the words " Forward Markets Commission, Mumbai ", shall be substituted.

( एन.एस.पी.ओ.टी. ) में व्यापारित वस्तुओं की बिक्री एवं खरीद के लिए एक दिन की अवधि की सभी अग्रिम संविदाओं पर उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों के प्रचालन से छूट प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से , भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग II, खंड 3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित उपभोक्ता मामले , खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय , उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1830 ( अ ) , तारीख 23 जुलाई, 2008 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation)Act, 1952 (74 of 1952 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of ConsumerAffairs , Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs number S.O. 1830 (E ) , dated 23rd July, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II, Section 3 ( ii ) with a view to exempt all forward contracts of onedayduration for the sale and purchase ofcommodities traded on the NCDEX Spot Exchange Ltd. (NSPOT) from the operation of the provisions of the saidAct.
Inthe said notification , in condition (iv) , for the words , "itsdesignated agency" the words " Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai " , shall be substituted.
