का.आ. 226(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7 क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय ( रेलवे बोर्ड ) की संख्या का.आ. 394 ( अ ) तारीख 25 फरवरी , 2008 के अंतर्गत जारी अधिसूचना , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 25 फरवरी, 2008 को प्रकाशित हुई थी, उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले किया गया था या करने का लोप किया गया है , बिहार राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना , अर्थात्" मढ़ौड़ा- डीज़ल रेलइंजन निर्माण कारखाने की स्थापना " के संबंध में राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत जिला भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिकारी , सारण , छपरा को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्य निष्पादित करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 31st January, 2012
S.O. 226 (E ) .In exercise of powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), vide number S.O.394 (E ) , dated the 25th February, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , sub-section (ii ), dated the 25th February , 2008, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the District Land Acquisition Officer, Saran , Chhapra to perform the functions of the competent authority in respect of the Special Railway Project, namely, "Marhoura- Setting up of diesel locomotive manufacturing unit " for execution , maintenance , management and operation ofthe said Special Railway Project in the State of Bihar under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
