[ फा. सं. सी डब्ल्यूसी/ 111-58 /ईडीसी -2012/बी. एण्ड सी.1. एतद्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि वेअरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन्स अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 ( 1 ) ( एफ ) के अंतर्गत अंशधारी संस्थाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम में पंजीकृत अंशधारियों की श्रेणी अर्थात् बीमा कम्पनियां, निवेश न्यास एवं अन्य वित्तीय संस्थान , मान्यताप्राप्त संघ तथा कृषि उत्पाद अथबा अधिसूचित वस्तुओं का व्यापार करने वाली कम्पनियों के लिए केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम के निदेशक मण्डल में तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निदेशक का चुनाव 10-4-2012 ( मंगलवार ) को अपराहन 2.30 बजे से 4.30 बजे तक केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम , " वेअरहाउसिंग भवन " 4/1 , सीरी इंस्टीच्यूशनल एरिया , अगस्त क्रांति मार्ग , नई दिल्ली -110016 में स्थित ऑडिटोरियम में सम्पन्न होगा ।
2. उपर्युक्त श्रेणी के सभी अंशधारियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि वेअरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन्स अधिनियम , 1962 तथा इसके अंतर्गत बनाए गए केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम नियम , 1963 एवं केन्द्रीय भण्डारण निगम ( सामान्य ) विनियम , 1965 के संगत उपबंधों के उद्धरण तथा चुनाव आयोजन के लिए विस्तृत प्रक्रिया सहित चुनाव सूचना उन्हें डाक द्वारा अलग से भेज दी गई है तथा हमारी वैबसाइट WWW.cewacor.nic.in पर भी देखी जा सकती है । नामांकन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 27-2-2012 ( सोमवार ) सायं 5.00 बजे तक है । उपर्युक्त तारीख अर्थात् 27-2-2012 ( सोमवार ) सायं 5.00 बजे के पश्चात् जमा कराए गए नामांकनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।
3. संगत नियम/विनियम के अनुसार यदि कोई प्रोक्सी/प्राधिकृत अभिवेदन चुनाव के लिए निर्धारित तिथि म पूरे चार दिन पहले जमा नहीं कराया जाएगा तो वह मान्य नहीं होगा । तथापि सभी प्रोक्सियों/प्राधिकृत अभिवेदनों की वास्तविक जाच के लिए पर्याप्त समय एवं व्यक्तिगत सुनवाई के अवसर की अनुमति देने को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रोक्सियों/प्राधिकृत अभिवेदनों की प्राप्ति की अंतिम तिथि चार दिन से अधिक रखी गई है । इस प्रकार प्रोक्सी/प्राधिकृत अभिवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि 19-3-2012 ( सोमवार ) सायं 5.00 बजे तक होगी । अतः उपर्युक्त तिथि अर्थात् 19-3-2012 (सोमवार ) सायं 5.00 बजे के पश्चात् जमा करायी गई प्रोक्सियों/प्राधिकृत अभिवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।

ELECTION NOTICE
New Delhi , the 6th February, 2012
F. No. CWC /111-58/EDC- 2012/B & C.- 1 . Notice is hereby given , that Election of a Director for a term ofthree years , representing shareholding institutions under Section 7 ( 1 ) ( f) of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 viz . insurance companies , investment trusts and other financial institutions , recognized association and companies dealing in agricultural produce or notified commodities class of shareholders registered with the CWC , will be held on 10-4-2012 (Tuesday ) from 02.30 P.M. to 04.30 P.M. in the Auditorium of the Central Warehousing Corporation , " Warehousing Bhawan ", 4/1 , Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg , Hauz Khas , New Delhi - 110016 .
2. All the shareholders of above category are informed that the Election Notice together with the extracts of the relevant provisions of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962, the CWC Rules , 1963 and the CWC (General) Regulations, 1965 framed thereunder and the detailed procedure for the conduct of election have been posted to them separately and can also be viewed on our website www.cewacor.nic.in. The last date for receipt of nominations is 27-2-2012 (Monday) up to 5.00 P.M. As such, the nomination(s ) deposited after this date i.e. 27-2-2012 (Monday) up to 5.00 P.M. will not be entertained .
3. As per relevant Rule/Regulation , no proxy/ AR shall be valid, if it is deposited less than four clear days before date fixed for election . However, keeping in view the fact that sufficient time is required for undertaking the actual physical verification of all proxies/ARs , and to allow opportunity of personal hearing, the last date for receipt of the proxies/ARs has been kept more than four days . The last date for receipt of proxies /ARs thus will be 19-3-2012 ( Monday) up to 5.00 P.M. As such , the proxies / ARs deposited after this date i.e. 19-3-2012 ( Monday ) up to 5.00 P.M. will not be entertained .
