सा.का. नि. 75(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , शिक्षु अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 52 ) की धारा 37 कीउप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , केंद्रीय शिक्षुता परिषद् से परामर्श करन के पश्चात्, शिक्षुता नियम , 1992 का और सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्: -
1. (1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम शिक्षुता ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2012 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. शिक्षुता नियम , 1992 में, अनुसूची 1 में , ग्रुप सं. 15 के नीचे , क्रम संख्यांक 12 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 8th February, 2012
GS.R. 75 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- secton ( 1) ofSection 37 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of1961 ) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Apprenticeship Council, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Apprenticeship Rules , 1992, namely: ---
These rules maybe called the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules , 2012 . 1. (1)
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the OfficialGazette .
2. Inthe Apprenticeshup Rules, 1992, in Schedule I, under Group No. 15, after serial number 12 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted, namely :--

Passed 12th class examination under 10+ 2 system of education or its equivalent . "
