का.आ. 246(अ), भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) में दिनांक 3 नवम्बर , 2011 में प्रकाशित का.आ. 2496( अ ) वाली स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण विभाग ) की अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे
(i) क्रम सं. 6 पर प्रदर्शित नाम ( अंग्रेजी और हिन्दी दोनों रूपांतर ) , के लिए कृपया " श्री पी. दिनेश पांडियान " पढ़ें; और
(ii) क्रम सं. 18 में प्रदर्शित नाम ( हिन्दी रूपांतर ) के लिए कृपया " राजेश कुमार वर्मा " पढ़े ।

S.O. 246(E) . In the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health and Family Welfare ) Notification bearing S.O. 2496(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) dated 3rd November , 2011 , the following corrections shall be carried out :---
(i) For the name appearing at Serial No. 6 (both English and Hindi versions ) , please read " Shri P. Dhinesh Pandian "; and
(ii) For the name appearing at Serial No. 18 (Hindi version) , please read "Rajesh Kumar Verma".
