का.आ. 251 (अ).- केंद्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 ( 1989 का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड (7 क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से पश्चिमी बंगाल राज्य में विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के प्रयोजन के लिए नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में यथा उल्लिखित उक्त विशेष रेल परियोजना के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में कार्य निष्पादित करने के लिए उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (3) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी को प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th February, 2012
S.O. 251 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 7A) of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in column (3 ) of the Table below as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act in respect of the Special Railway Projects as mentioned in column (2) of the said Table for the purpose of execution , maintenance Management and operation of the said Special Railway Projects in the State of West Bengal with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
