का.आ. 255 (अ). सार्वजनिक परिसर ( अनधिकृत अधिभोक्ता बेदखली ) अधिनियम , 1971 ( 1971 का 40 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार , मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय (तत्कालीन माध्यमिक और उच्चतर शिक्षा विभाग ) कीसंख्या का.आ. 300 ( स्था. ) , दिनांक 19 फरवरी, 2007 की अधिसूचना के अधिक्रमण में, ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले दिए गए अथवा लोप किए जाने वाले संदर्भों को छोड़कर, उपर्युक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार एतद्वारा प्रो. अबुल कलाम कासमी , प्रोफेसर , उर्दू विभाग , अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय को भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के पद के समकक्ष सम्पदा अधिकारी के रूप में इस अधि- सूचना के सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए नियुक्त करती है, जो अलीगढ़ जिले की स्थानीय सीमाओं के अंतर्गत सार्वजनिक परिसरों के संबंधित, या पट्टे पर लिए गए, अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से अधिनियम के द्वारा या उसके तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा और संपदा अधिकारी के लिए अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेगा ।
S.O. 255 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971 ) and in supercession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Human Resource Development (the erstwhile Department of Secondary and Higher Education) , number S.O. 300(E) , dated the 19th February, 2007 , except asrespects things done or omitted to be done before such supercession , the Central Government hereby appoints Prof. Abul Kalam Qasmi , Professor, Department ofUrdu , Aligarh Muslim University, heing an officer equivalent to the rank of a Gazetted Officer of Government of India , to be Estate Officer, for a period of two years from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette, for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred, and perform the duties imposed, on the Estate Officer by or under the said Act, in respect of the public premises within the local limits ofAligarh District belonging to, nr taken on lease by, or on behalf of, the AligarhMuslim University.
