सा.का.नि. 85 (अ).-भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण ( सशोधन ) नियम , 2003 ( 2003 का 43 ) के खंड 28-1 के उप खंड ( 4 ) के अधीन निहित शक्तियों का निर्वाह करते हुए , तथा ।। जुलाई 2011 के अपराहन से बासठ वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने पर , हवाई अड्डा अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण के पूर्व अध्यक्ष , श्री मुकुद प्रसाद मिश्रा का कार्यकाल पूरा होने पर , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्दद्वारा विधि और न्याय मंत्रालय , विधि कार्य विभाग , नई दिल्ली के सेवानिवृत्त संयुक्त सचिव तथा कानूनी सलाहकार श्री एम. ए. खान यूसूफी को 3 फरवरी , 2012 से संबंधित न्यायाधिकरण में अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त करते हैं ।
GS.R. 85( E). In exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section (4) of Section 28 - I of the Airports Authority of India ( Amendment) Act , 2003 (43 of 2003), and consequent upon completion of tenure of Shri Mukunda Prasad Misra , formerly Chairperson Airport Appellate Tribunal , on account of attaining the age of sixty two years with effect from afternoon of 11th July, 2011 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. A. Khan Yusufi , Retd. Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser, Ministry ofLaw and Justice, Department ofLegalAffairs , New Delhi , as Chairperson of the said Tribunal with effect from 3rd February, 2012.
2. श्री एम. ए. खान यूसूफी , तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा बासठ वर्ष की आयु पूरी होने तक , अथवा अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो , अध्यक्ष हवाई अड्डा अपीलीय न्यायाधिकरण , नागर विमानन मंत्रालय , राजीव गांधी भवन , नई दिल्ली के कार्यालय का पदभार संभालेंगे ।
2. Shri M. A. Khan Yusufi will hold the office of Chairperson Airports Appellate Tribual, Ministry ofCivil Aviation, Rajiv Gandhi Bhawan, New Delhi , for a period of three years or till he attains the age of sixty two years or until further orders , whichever is earliest .
