का.आ. 261(अ). निःशक्त व्यक्ति ( समान अवसर, अधिकारों का संरक्षण और पूर्ण भागीदारी ) अधिनियम , 1995 की धारा 57 ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , तथा इस कार्यालय के आदेश संख्या 1-8 /सी.सी.डी./2011 दिनांक 8 सितम्बर , 2011 के अधीन एसोसिएशन ऑफ कारपोरेशन्स एण्ड एपैक्स सोसाइटीज ऑफ हैंडलूम्स ( आकाश ) , नई दिल्ली में कार्यरत् श्रीमति गीता मारवाह, व्यक्तिगत सहायक को 01 सितम्बर , 2011 पूर्वाह्न से मुख्य आयुक्त, निःशक्तजन कार्यालय , नई दिल्ली में डेस्क अधिकारी के पद पर वेतन बैंड-2 ( रु. 9300-34800 ) ग्रेड वेतन रु. 4800 में प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्त किया जाता है।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 57 (4 ) of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and in pursuance ofOffice Order No. 1-8 /CCD/ 2011 dated 08th September, 2011 , Smt . Geeta Marwah , Personal Assistant of Association of Corporation and Apex Societies ofHandlooms (AKASH) , New Delhi is appointed asDesk Officer in the Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities , New Delhi in the Pay Band- 2 (Rs. 9300-34800) with Grade Pay Rs . 4800 on deputation basis with effect from the forenoon 1st September, 2011 .
