सा.का.नि. 87(अ),गुड़ श्रेणीकरण एवं चिह्नांकन (संशोधन ) नियम , 2011 का प्रारूप , कृषि उपज , ( श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन ) अधिनियम , 1937 ( 1937 का 1 ) की धारा 3 की अपेक्षानुसार भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) , में सा.का.नि. 777 (अ ) , तारीख 21 अक्तूबर, 2011 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था , जिसमें ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों से , जिनको उनसे प्रभावित होने की संभावना थी, उस तारीख से , जिसको उस राजपत्र की प्रतियां जिसमें उक्त अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की गई थी, जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थीं , पैंतालीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप और सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे;
और उक्त राजपत्र की प्रतियां जनता को 27 अक्तूबर, 2011 को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थीं;
और उक्त प्रारूप नियमों के संबंध में जनता से प्राप्त आक्षेपों या सुझावों पर विचार कर लिया गया है ;
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार कृषि उत्पाद ( श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन ) अधिनियम , 1937 की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
नियम
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम गुड़ श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2012 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. गुड़ श्रेणीकरण और चिह्नांकन नियम , 2008 के नियम 7 में उप- नियम ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप- नियम ग्खा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( 1 ) गुड़ को खाद्य श्रेणी के आंतरिक लाइनिंग वाले जूट के ठोस , स्वच्छ एवं शुष्क आधानों , टिन के आधानों , लैमिनेटिड पॉलीइथाइलीन या पॉलीप्रोपिलीन या उच्च सघनता वाले पॉलीइथाइलिन के थैलों , या पाउचों या ऐसे किसी अन्य खाद्य श्रेणी की पैकेजिंग सामग्री में ही पैक किया जाएगा जो कृषि विपणन सलाहकार या इस निमित्त उसके द्वारा प्राधिकृत किसी अधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित हो " ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 14th February, 2012
G.S.R. 87 (E) . Whereas the draft of Jaggery Grading and Marking (Amendment ) Rules , 2011 was published as required by Section 3 of the Agricultural Produce ( Grading and Marking ) Act, 1937 ( 1 of 1937) in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( 1 ) vide notification number GS.R. 777 (E ) dated the 21st October, 2011 inviting objections and suggestions from all persons likely to be affected thereby within forty five days from the date on which copies of the said notification published in the Gazette of India were made available to the public;
And, whereas copies of the said notification were made available to the public on the 27th October, 2011;
And, whereas the objections and suggestions received from the public in respect of the said draft rules have been duly considered;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ofthe Agricultural Produce (Grading and Marking ) Act, 1937 (1 of 1937) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules , namely :-
Rules
1. (1) These rules may be called the Jaggery Grading and Marking ( Amendment) Rules , 2012.
(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Jaggery Grading and Marking Rules , 2008, in rule 7, for sub- rule ( 1 ) , the following sub - rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"( 1) Jaggery shall be packed only in sound , clean and dry containers made ofjute with inner lining of food grade material , tin containers , laminated polyethylene or polypropylene or high density polyethylene bags or pouches orany other food grade material, approved by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser or any officer authorised by him in this behalf " .
