का.आ. 285(अ).-आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 10 के खंड ( 15 ) के उप- खंड ( iv ) के मद (ज ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2210( अ ) दिनांक 23 सितम्बर , 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में क्रम सं. 2 एवं उनमें की गई प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या एवं प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , वस्तुतः :-

S.O. 285 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred byitem (h) of sub- clause (iv) of clause ( 15 ) ofSection 10 of the Income- tax Act , 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby makes following amendment to the notification of the Government of India , Ministry ofFinance (Department ofRevenue) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) , vide number S.O. 2210 (E) , dated the 23rd September, 2011 , namely :--
Inthe said notification, in the Table , for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:-
