का.आ. 284(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो नियम, 1987 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उप- नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, का.आ. 446 (अ ) , तारीख 25 फरवरी , 2011 , का.आ . 2089 ( अ ) , तारीख 16 सितम्बर , 2011 और का.आ. 2577( अ ) , तारीख 14 नवम्बर , 2011 के तहत राजपत्र में प्रकाशित इस विभाग की अधिसूचनाओं के अनुक्रम में श्री शफी मथेर , मथेर एस्टेट, बी.एम.सी. कालोनी , वी.के.सी. डाक , थिवेक्कल, कोची, केरल को इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए किसानों/कृषक संघों के हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्तकरती है ।

S.O. 284 (E).-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986) read with rule 3 and sub-rule (1 ) of rule 4 ofthe Bureau of Indian Standards Rules , 1987, the Central Government , in continuation of this Department's Notifications published in the Official Gazette vide S.O.446(E) , dated 25th February, 2011 , S.O. 2089 ( E), dated 16th September , 2011 and S.O. 2577 ( E) , dated 14th November, 2011 hereby appoints Shri Shaffi Mather, Mather Estate , B.M.C. Colony, V.K.C. P.O. , Thevakkal , Kochi , Kerala, as member on the Bureau of Indian Standards to represent interests of farmers ' / farmers associations , for aperiod oftwo years with effect from the date ofpublication ofthis notification.
