सं. भा.आ.प. - 18( 1 )/2011-मेडि./61259.- भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 102 ) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए , " स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा विनियमावली, 2000 " में पुनः संशोधन करने हेतु , भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद्, केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , नामतः :
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों को " स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा ( संशोधन ) विनियमावली , 2012 ( भाग 1 ) " कहा जाए ।
( ii ) वे सरकारी गजट में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. एम.सी.एच. ( मास्टर ऑफ चिरुगई ) शीर्षक के अंतर्गत खंड घ में एम.सी.एच. ( हैण्ड सर्जरी ) के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा :
प्राथमिक अपेक्षिताएं
एम.सी.एच. ( सिर एवं गर्दन शल्यचिकित्सा)
एम एस ( ईएनटी)
अथवा एम.एस. ( जनरल सर्जरी )
अथवा एम.सी.एच. ( प्लास्टिक व पुनर्गठनात्मक सर्जरी )
अथवा एम.सी.एच. ( सर्जिकल ऑनकॉलॉजी )
अथवा एम एस ( तंत्रिका शल्य चिकित्सा)

पाद टिप्पणी.-प्रधान नियमावली , नामतः " स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा विनियमावली , 2000 " दिनांक 7 अक्तूबर , 2000 को भारत के राजपत्र के भाग III , खंड 4 में प्रकाशित की गई थी और इसे भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान परिषद् की दिनांक 3-3-2001 , 6-10-2001 , 16-3-2005, 23-3-2006 , 20-10-2008 , 25-3-2009 21-7-2009 ,6-10-2009 , 17-11-2009 , 9-12-2009 , 16-4-2010 और 8-12-2010की अधिसूचना के अंतर्गत सश्णधित किया गया था ।

AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 9th February, 2012
No. MCI - 18( 1 )/2011-Med./61259. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 33 of the Indian Medical CouncilAct, 1956 ( 102 of 1956 ), the Medical Council of India with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the "Postgraduate Medical Education Regulations, 2000 " , namely:---
1. ( i) These Regulations may be called the "Postgraduate Medical Education (Amendment) Regulations, 2012 (Part- 1)".
(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Inclause D under the heading M. Ch. (Master of Chirurgie ), the following shall be added after M. Ch . (Hand Surgery) :-
Prior Requirement
M. Ch . (Head and Neck Surgery)
or M.Ch. (Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery)
MS(ENT) orMS (General Surgery) orM.Ch. (Surgical Oncology) or M.Ch. (Neuro Surgery)

Foot Note. The Principal Regulations namely, " Postgraduate Medical Education Regulations , 2000" were published in Part- III , Section 4 of the Gazette of India on the 7th October, 2000 and amended vide Medical Council of India notification dated 3-3-2001 , 6-10-2001, 16-3-2005, 23-3-2006, 20-10-2008 , 25-3-2009, 21-7-2009,6-10-2009, 17-11-2009,9-12-2009 , 16-4-2010 and 8-12-2010.
