No. F. 12-6 /2001 - CCH ( Pt . ) 25500.-In the Notification No. 12-6/2001 - CCH (Pt. ), dated 28th September , 2011 of the Central Council ofHomoeopathy published in PartIII , Section 4 , of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, No. 197, dated 14th October, 2011 the following corrections aremade in English version , viz . :-
क्रमांक एफ. 12-6/ 2001- के.हो.प. ( पार्ट ) 25500.- भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , सं. 197 , दिनांक14 अक्टूबर , 2011 के भाग III , खण्ड 4 में प्रकाशित केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् की अधिसूचना सं. 12-6/2001 के. हो.प. ( पार्ट ) , दिनांक 28-9-2011 के हिन्दी भाग में निम्नलिखित शुद्धियां की जाती हैं अर्थात्:-
1. On page 31 , in the regulation 7 , in first line , after the word " Section " and before the alphabet "A " , the number " 13 " shall be read as " 12 " .
1. पृष्ठ 6 पर , विनियम 7 में , प्रथम पंक्ति में अंक " 13 " के स्थान पर अंक " 12 " किया जाए ।
2. On page 31 , in the regulation 8 , in the Second line, after the word " following " and before the word " fees " , the word " admission" shall be read as " application" .
2. पृष्ठ 6 पर , विनियम 8 में, द्वितीय पक्ति मे शब्द " निम्न " के पश्चात् एवं शब्द " शुल्क " के पहले शब्द आवेदन " लगाया जाए ।
3. पृष्ठ 26 पर, वाक्य " अनुलग्नक-निरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन तथा स्कीम " को, "डॉ. ललित वर्मा , रजिस्ट्रार- सह- सचिव , केन्दीय होम्योपैथी परिषद्" शब्दों के ऊपर लाया जाए ।
3. On page No. 47 , the name of Registrar- Cum- Secretary " Dr. LALAIT VERMA " shall be read as " Dr. LALIT VERMA " . The line comprising of words "Enclosures , Inspection report and Scheme " shall come above the name of the Registrar - Cum- Secretary.
4. पृष्ठ 27 पर, विनियम 5 के अनुसूची में बिन्दु 4 पर , दूसरी पंक्ति में , धारा " 13 " के स्थान पर धारा " 12 " और उप -धारा " ( 5 ) " के स्थान पर उप- धारा " ( 4 ) " लाया जाए ।
4. On page 48 , Schedule to regulation 5, at point 4, in Second line , after the word " sub - Section " and before the word " of" the figure in brackets i . e.; " (5 )" shall be read as "(4)" , and further the figure " 13 " coming after the word " Section" and before the alphabet " A" shall be read " 12" .
