सा.का.नि. 100 (अ). केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियमावली , 2002 के नियम 18 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करत हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा वित्त मंत्रालय के राजस्व विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 21/2004 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै. दै. ) , दिनांक 6 सितम्बर , 2004 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना में प्रारंभिक पैरा में " नेपाल और भूटान को छोड़कर किसी भी देश में " शब्दों की जगह " भूटान को छोड़कर किसी भी देश में " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 1 मार्च , 2012 को प्रवृत होगी ।

दिनांक 6 सितम्बर , 2004 भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप -खण्ड ( i ) , में सा.का.नि. 572(अ ) , दिनांक 6 सितम्बर , 2004 के जरिए प्रकाशित हुई थी और इसमें अंतिम बार संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खंड ( i ) में संख्या सा.का.नि. 182( अ ) , दिनांक 8 मार्च , 2007 के जरिए प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं. 17/2007- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 8 मार्च , 2007 के द्वारा किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 100 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 18 of the Central Excise Rules , 2002 , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , notification No. 21 /2004 - Central Excise (N.T. ) , dated the 6th September, 2004, namely:-
In the said notification , in the opening paragraph , for the words " to any country except Nepal and Bhutan" , the words " to any country except Bhutan " shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force on 1stMarch , 2012 .

Note: The principal notification Number 21/ 2004- Central Excise (N.T. ) , dated the 6th September, 2004 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) , vide GS.R. 572 (E), dated the 6th September, 2004, and was last amended vide notification No. 17/ 2007 - Central Excise ( N.T. ) , dated 8th March, 2007 which was published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub-section ( i ) vide number GS.R. 182 (E), dated the 8th March , 2007 .
