का.आ. 2585(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1403 (अ ) , तारीख 8 दिसम्बर , 2003 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) में तारीख 8 दिसम्बर , 2003 , को प्रकाशित की गई थी , में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला " जालौन " से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने , तहसील " ( 3 ) कालपी " के सामने , कॉलम ( 6 ) में, प्रविष्टि " ( 12 ) कालपीसिटी " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " ( 12 ) कालपी खास " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 29th October , 2012
S.O. 2585 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number , S.O. 1403 (E ) , dated the 8thDecember, 2003 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3 sub - section ( ii ) dated 8December, 2003 , narnely :-
Inthe schedule to the said notification , against serial no. 2 , relating to district- Jalaun , against Tahsil "(3 ) Kalpi", under column (6 ) , for the entry " ( 12 ) Kalpi city" , the entry " ( 12 ) Kalpi Khas " shall be substituted .
