का.आ. 2602(अ).-भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन ) अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का सा 58 ) की धारा 9 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा सलाहकार मंडल में डॉ. थॉमस मैथ्यू के स्थान पर श्री अनूप , वधावन , भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( उत्तराखंड : 85 ) संयुक्त सचिव , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय को भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने में प्रशासक को सलाह देने तथा उसकी सहायता करने के लिए तत्काल प्रभाव से तथा अगले आदेशों तक नियुक्त करती है ।
पद छोड़ने , उसे त्यागने/उससे हटाए जाने , वेतन और भत्तों आदि के बारे में उनकी नियुक्ति की शर्तें और निबंधन विनिर्दिष्ट भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट उपक्रम ( योजनाओं , आस्तियों , निवेश का प्रबंधन , पदावधि, शुल्क , भत्ते और सलाहकारों की नियुक्ति की शर्तें तथा विविध उपबंध ) योजना , 2003 के अनुसार होंगे ।

S.O. 2602 (E ). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal ) Act, 2002 (No. 58 of 2002), and in partial modification of notification of even number dated 13th September, 2010 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Anup Wadhawan , IAS ( UK: 85) Joint Secretary , Department of Economic Affairs , Ministry of Finance on the Board ofAdvisers , vice Dr. Thomas Mathew to advise and assist the Administrator in carrying on the management ofthe Specified Undertaking ofUnit Trust of India , with immediate effect, and until further orders .
The terms and conditions of his appointment regarding vacation of office , resignation /removel , salary and allowances , etc. , shall be as per the Specified Undertaking of the UTI ( Management of Schemes , Assets , Investment , Term of Office , Fees , Allowances and conditions of appointment of Advisors and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme , 2003 .
