सा.का.नि. 810(अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , चार्टर्ड अकाउन्टेंट अधिनियम , 1949 (1949 का 38 ) की धारा 28 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक सा.का.नि. 38 ( अ ) , तारीख 19 जनवरी , 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28A of the Chartered Accountants Act , 1949 (38 of 1949 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affiars number G. S.R. 38 ( F ) , dated the 19th January, 2011 ; namely :
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या ( 4 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियोंके स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
2. In the said notification , for serial number ( 4 ) and entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely :

Note: The Principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 38 (E ) , dated the 19th January , 2011 and subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 684 ( E ) , dated the 16thSeptember, 2011 , GS.R.441 ( E ) , dated the 12th June , 2012 and number G.S.R.486 ( E ) , dated the 21st June , 2012 .
