का.आ. 2682(अ).-खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानदंड अधिनियम , 2006 की धारा 5 एवं 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानदंड प्राधिकरण ( खाद्य प्राधिकरण ) के निम्नलिखित पुराने/मौजूदा अंशकालिक सदस्यों का कार्यकाल दिनांक 2-11-2012 से 1-2-2013 तक तीन माह की अवधि या उनकी आयु 62 वर्ष होने तक अथवा नए अंशकालिक व्यक्तियों की नियुक्ति होने तक , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो बढ़ाया जाता है :-

In exercise of powers conferredby Sections 5 and 7 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, the tenure of the following old/existing part- time members of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FoodAuthority), is extended for a period of three months with effect from 2-11-2012 to 1-2-2013 or till they attain the age of62years or till the new part - time members are appointed, whichever is earlier :-
