का.आ. 2681(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग शुल्क ( दरों का अवधारण एवं संग्रहण ) नियम , 2008 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 8 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 2011 , की विशेष इजाजत याचिका ( सिविल) सं. 24472-24474 में भारत के माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा दिनांक 11 सितम्बर , 2012 के आदेश के अनुपालन में, एतद्वारा भारत सरकार , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1153 ( अ ) , दिनांक 22 मई , 2012 , जिसे भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित किया गया था , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , नोट 1 और 2 में , शुल्क प्लाजा का अवस्थान प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा है , अर्थात्:-

पथकर प्लाजा का अवस्थापन (चैनेज) पढ़ा जाए
पथकर प्लाजा का अवस्थापन (चैनेज) के लिए
703.700 कि.मी. (नागपुर जिले में टिकाड़ी गांव) एनएच- 7 चेक टोल प्लाजा सहित काम्पटी कन्हान बाईपास पर (काम्पटी - कन्हान बाईपास के जंक्शन से एनएच-7 सहित 2-3 कि.मी. दूरी)
690.600 कि.मी. ( नागपुर जिले में मनसर गांव के निकट) एनएच -7 चेक टोल प्लाजा सहित काम्पटी कन्हान बाईपास पर ( काम्पटी कन्हान बाईपास के जंक्शन से एनएच -7 सहित 2-3 कि.मी. दूरी )
19.660 कि.मी. (नागपुर जिले में डोंगरगांव ग्राम) एनएच -7 चेक टोल प्लाजा नागपुर बाईपास पर (जंक्शन से 1-2 कि.मी. दूरी एनएच -7 सहित )
35.600 कि.मी. ( नागपुर जिले में बोरखेड़ी गांव के निकट) एनएच-7 चेक टोल प्लाजा नागपुर बाईपास पर (जंक्शन से 1-2 कि.मी. दूरी एनएच-7 सहित )

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th November , 2012
S.O. 2681 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the National
Highways Act , 1956 (48of 1956) , read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules 2008 ( hereinafter referred to as the " Rules ") the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1153 (E ) dated the 22nd May , 2012, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 , Sub Section (ii ) , in compliance to the order dated the 11th September , 2012 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.24472-24474 of 2011 , namely: -
