सं. एल.ए.डी. एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2012-13/21/ 25067.-भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड, इण्टर-कनेक्टेड स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इण्डिया लिमिटेड , जिसका अपना रजिस्ट्रीकृत कार्यालय इंटरनेशनल इनफोटेक पार्क, टॉवर 7 , 5 वीं मंजिल , ( वाशी रेलवे स्टेशन के ऊपर ) , सैक्टर-30ए, वाशी, नवी मुम्बई-400703 में स्थित है द्वारा प्रतिभूति संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 3 के अधीन किए गए मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए आवेदन पर विचार करते हुए और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि यह व्यापार के हित में होगा और ऐसा करना लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा , प्रतिभूति संविदा (विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1956 की धारा 4 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त एक्सचेंज को मान्यता का नवीकरण उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के अधीन 18 नवम्बर , 2012 को प्रारंभ होने वाली और 17 नवम्बर , 2013 को समाप्त होने वाली एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए प्रतिभूतियों में संविदाओं की बाबत इसमें इसके नीचे कथित अथवा इसके पश्चात् यथाविहित या अधिरोपित शतों के अध्यधीन प्रदान करता है ।
No. LAD - NRO/ GN/ 2012-13 /21 / 25067.- The Securities and Exchange Board of India , having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1956 byInter-connected Stock Exchange of India Limited having itsregistered office at International Infotech Park, Tower- 7, 5thFloor (AboveVashi Railway Station ) , Sector 30A, Vashi , Navi Mumbai - 400703 and being satisfied that it wouldbe in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts ( Regulation ) Act , 1956 , renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a period of one year commencing on the 18th day ofNovember, 2012 and ending on 17th day of November, 2013 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions stated herein below or asprescribed or imposed hereafter.
The Exchange can commence trading in securities only after complying with all the regulatory requirements imposed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India .
एक्सचेंज भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा अधिरोपित समस्त विनियामक अपेक्षाओं का अनुपालन करने के पश्चात् ही प्रतिभूतियों में व्यापार प्रारंभ कर सकता है ।
The Exchange shall comply with such other conditions as may be prescribed by SEBI from time to time.
एक्सचेंज ऐसी अन्य शर्तों का अनुपालन करेगा जो भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर विहित की जाएं ।
