का.आ. 2696(अ) , केन्द्रीय सरकार , कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1122 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 2 से 4 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 9th November , 2012
S.O. 2696( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Employees' State Insurance Act , 1948 (34 of 1948 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 1122 ( E ) , dated 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , Part 11 , Section 3 ( ii ) dated the 9th May, 2008 .
In the said Notification at S. No. 2 to 4 following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
VICE-CHAIRMAN
