का.आ. 2741 (अ) . राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण , भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का. आ. 637 (अ) तारीख 4 सितम्बर , 1997 के साथ पठित औषध (कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1995 के पैरा 3 के उप पैरा (5) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय , औषध विभाग , राष्ट्रीय औषध मूल्य निर्धारण प्राधिकरण के आदेश सं. का. आ. 2117(अ) तारीख 20 सितम्बर , 2011 को जहां तक उनका सम्बन्ध इब्यूप्रोफेन से है , उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रान्त करते हुए जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने का लोप किया गया है, नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (4 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट कीमत को उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (2 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रपुंज औषधी का अधिकतम विक्रय कीमत (उत्पाद शुल्क और स्थानीय कर को छोड़कर) नियत करती है जिस पर वह बेची जाएगी ।

S.O.2741 ( E) - In exercise of the powers , conferred by sub - paragraph (5 ) of paragraph 3 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Order , 1995 read with the notification of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 637 ( E ) , dated the September 4, 1997 and in supersession of the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority) S.O. number 2117 ( E) dated 20th September , 2011 , in so far as it relates to Ibuprofen, except in respect to things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby fixes the price specified in column (4) of the Table given below as the maximum sale price ( exclusive of excise duty and local taxes ) at which the bulk drug specified in the corresponding entry in column (2 ) thereof shall be sold.
