S.O. 2720 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposesthe Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad, to exercise the owers and discharge the duties as a common adjudicating authority over the powers and duties exercisable by- का.आ. 2720(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड मेसर्स लैम्डाथेराप्युटिक रिसर्च लि. , निकट गुजरात हाईकोर्ट, एस जी राजमार्ग, गोटा, अहंमदाबाद को संयुक्त निदेशक, राजस्व आसूचना निदेशालय , जोनल यूनिट, अहमदाबाद के द्वारा फा. सं. डीआरआई/एजेडयू/ आईएनवीं-68 लैम्डा/2009, दिनांक 30 मई, 2012 के तहत जारी की गई कारण बताओ नोटिस से संबंधित मामलों में न्याय निर्णयन के लिए-
(i) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Ahmedabad ; and
(i ) संयुक्त आयुक्त या अपर आयुक्त, सीमा शुल्क कस्टम्स हाउस, अहमदाबाद; और
( ii) the Joint Commissioner or Additional Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo -Import ), AirCargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai , (ii) संयुक्त आयुक्त या अपर आयुक्त, ( एअर कार्गो आयात ) , एअर कार्गो कम्प्लेक्स, सहार, मुम्बई,
को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और उनको सौंपे गए कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए, एतद्वारा , संयुक्त आयुक्त या अपर आयुक्त, सीमा- शुल्क , कस्टम हाउस , अहमदाबाद को एक न्याये निर्णयन प्राधिकारी के रूप में काम करने के लिए नियुक्त करता है ।
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Lambda Therapeutic Research Ltd. , Near Gujarat High Court , S. G Highway, Gota, Ahmedabad issued vide F. No. DRI /AZU / INV- 68 /Lambda/2009 , dated the 30th May, 2012, by the JointDirector, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad.
