( क) 23. दिसम्बर, 2003 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2003 , फा. सं. भाप्रविबो/विधि/15 /2003 , द्वारा
(ख) 25 मई , 2004 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2004, सं. का.आ. 623 ( अ ) , द्वारा
भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) विनियम , 2012 सं. एल.ए.डी. एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2012-13/22/5429.- बोर्ड , भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 15) की धारा 30 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) विनियम , 2001 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है , अर्थात्:-
(ग) 11 अप्रैल, 2007 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2007 , फा. सं. ।।/एलसी/जीएन/2006/2143 , द्वारा 1. इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) विनियम , 2012 कहा जा सकेगा ।
2. येविनियम राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
(घ ) 14 जनवरी , 2010 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( संशोधन ) विनियम , 2010 , अधिसूचना सं . एलएडी- एनआरओ/जीएन / 2009-10/ 28 /190983 , द्वारा
3. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) विनियम, 2001 में, विनियम 16 के उप-विनियम ( 1 ) में , दूसरेपरंतुक में , शब्दों " अधिकारी संवर्ग " के पश्चात् और शब्दों " में पदांतरण हेतु " के पूर्व , निम्नलिखित शब्द अंत:स्थापित किये जाएंगे , अर्थात्:-
( ङ) 12 अक्तूबर, 2010 को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( कर्मचारी सेवा ) ( दूसरा संशोधन ) विनियम, 2010 , अधिसूचना सं. एलएडी- एनआरओ/ जीएन/2010-11/17/22954 , द्वारा

(Employee' Service) (Second Amendment)
Regulations , 2012
No. LAD- NRO/GN/2012-13/22/5429.-In exercise ofthe powers conferredby Section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act , 1992 ( 15 of 1992) , the Board hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Employees ' Service) Regulations , 2001 , namely :-
1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees ' Service) (Second Amendment) Regulations , 2012 .
2. These regulations shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette .
3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees ' Service) Regulations, 2001 , in sub- regulation ( 1 ) of regulation 16 , in second proviso, after the words " switch over to the " and before the words " Officer cadre " , the following words shall be inserted , namely,- "corresponding grade in the " .

2. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees ' Service) Regulations , 2001 were subsequently amended-

(b) On 25th May, 2004 by the Securities and Exchange Board ofIndia ( Employees ' Service ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2004 vide S.O. No. 623 (E).
(c) On 11th April , 2007 by the Securities and ExchangeBoard of India ( Employees ' Scrvicc) (Amendment) Regulations , 2007 vide F. No. 11 /LC/GN/2006/2143.
(d) On 14th January , 2010by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees ' Scrvice) (Amendment ) Regulations ,. 2010 vide Notification No. LAD - NRO/ GN/2009-10 /28 / 190983 .
(e) On 12th October , 2010by the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Employees ' Service ) (SecondAmendment ) Regulations , 2010 vide Notification No. LAD - NRO /GN/2010-11 /17/ 22954.
On 10th October , 2011 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees ' Service) (Amendment ) Regulations , 2011 vide Notification No. LAD - NRO/ GN /2011-12/26/ 31671. (f)
