भुवनेश्वर में बोर्ड के स्थानीय कार्यालय की स्थापना संबंधी अधिसूचना
.सं. एल.ए.डी. एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2012-13 /23/ 5430.- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1992 (1992का 15 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बोर्ड ने कोलकाता में स्थित अपने पूर्वी प्रादेशिक कार्यालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन भुवनेश्वर में अपना स्थानीय कार्यालय स्थापित कर लिया है । इस प्रकार स्थापित स्थानीय कार्यालय विनिधानकर्ता ( निवेशक ) संरक्षण , विनिधानकर्ता (निवेशक) शिक्षण के विनियामक पहलुओं तथा ऐसे अन्य कृत्यों जो समय - समय पर प्रत्यायोजित किए जायें को देखेगा , और इसकी भूमिका तथा जिम्मेदारी का विस्तार ओडिशा राज्य की क्षेत्रीय अधिकारिता के अधीन आने वाले क्षेत्रों तक होगा ।

Notification regarding establishment of Local Office of the Board at Bhubaneswar
No. LAD - NRO/GN/2012-13/23/5430.-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section (4) of Section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Board has established its Local Office at Bhubaneswar under the administrative control of its Eastern Regional Office at Kolkatta . The Local Office so established shall look after the regulatory aspects of investor protection , investor education and such other functions asmay be delegated from time to time , and its role and responsibility shall extend to the arcas falling under the territorialjurisdiction of the State ofOdisha .
