का.आ. 2756(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1988 ( 1988 का 68 ) की धारा 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट नए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्यांक के , उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट सेक्शन के , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट सड़क खंड, भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण को सौंपती है , अर्थात् :-

In exercise of powers conferred by section 11 of the National Highways Authority of India Act, 1988 (68 of 1988) , the Central Government hereby entrusts the stretches as specified in column (3) of the table given below , of the section as specified in column (2) of the said Table , of the National Highway number as specified in column ( 1 ) of the said Table to the National Highways Authority of India, namely: -

का.आ. 2757(अ) . फेन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शंक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) , की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ ), तारीख 4 अगस्त, 2005 में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम सं. 1 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याऔर प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्ः- 3

S.O. 2757 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act , 1956( 48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways ( Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096( E) , dated the 4th August , 2005 , namely: -
In the Schedule to the said notification , for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted , namely:

" So much of National Highways No.4 , No. 9 [ excluding from Km . 40.000 to Km. 271.740 ( from Hyderabad to Nandigrama to Vijayawada) and from Km.0.000 to 65.000 ( Vijayawada to Machilipatnam) , No. 16 , No. 18 [ excluding from Km . 167.750 to km . 356.502 (Kadapa to Kurnool) ] , No. 18A (excluding from Km.41.70 to Km. 58.85) , No. 43 , No.63 , No.202 [excluding from Km.18.600 to Km.54.000 (from Hyderabad to Yadgiri ) ] , No. 205 ( excluding from km.274.800 to km 341.600) , No. 214 , No. 214 A, No. 219 , No. 221 , No. 222 and No. 234 as are situated within the State of Andhra Pradesh .
