विषय : चीन लोक गणराज्य से भारत में आयातित 304 ग्रेड के स्टेनलैस स्टील के हॉट रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पादों की रक्षोपाय जांच के संबंध में प्रारम्भिक परिणाम ।
सा.का.नि. 841 (अ). नीचे विवरित आशोधन रक्षोपाय हेतु बने स्थायी बोर्ड की बैठक के कार्यवृत, संदर्भ संख्या 17/3 / 2012- डी जी ए डी दिनांक -16/11/2012 को ध्यान में रखते हुए लिया गया है ।
दिनांक 24.09.2012 को पत्र संख्या फ.स.डी. - 22011 / 06 / 2012 द्वारा जारी प्रारम्भिक परिणाम में पैरा 51 (निष्कर्ष एवं अनुशंसा ) की निम्नांकित पंक्तियों को-
"304 ग्रेड के स्टेनलैस स्टील के हॉट रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पाद ( सभी प्रकार की चौडाई वाला ) और निकटतम सभी ओसटेनिस्टिक ग्रेड जिनमें न्यूनतम 6 % निकिल तत्व की और क्रोमियम की मिश्रधातुएं जैसे मौलिब्डिनम , टाइटेनियम इत्यादि के साथ अथवा इनके रहित अनिवार्यतः मिश्रित हो , और जो सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम 1975 के उप शीर्षक संख्या 721911 , 721912, 721913 , 721914 , 721921 , 721922, 721923 , 721924 , 722011, 722012 के अंतर्गत आते हैं" , निम्नलिखित पंक्तियों से बदला गया है-
"304 ग्रेड के स्टेनलैस स्टील के हॉट रोल्ड फ्लैट उत्पाद ( अधिकतम चौडाई 1605 mm ) और निकटतम सभी ओसटेनिस्टिक ग्रेड जिनमें न्यूनतम 6 % निकिल तत्व की और क्रोमियम की 4388GI/2012

मिश्रधातुएं जैसे मौलिब्डिनम , टाइटेनियम इत्यादि के साथ अथवा इनके रहित अनिवार्यतः मिश्रित हो , और जो सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम 1975 के उप शीर्षक संख्या-72191111 , 72191112 , 72191190, 72191200, 72191300 , 72191400, 72192111 , 72192112 , 72192121 , 72192122 , 72192131 , 72192132 , 72192141 , 72192142 , 72192190 , 72192211 , 72192212 , 72192219 , 72192291 , 72192292 , 72192299 , 72192310, 72192320, 72192390, 72192411 , 72192412 , 72192413 , 72192419 , 72192421 72192422 , 72192423 , 72192429 , 72192490 , 72201110 , 72201121 , 72201122 , 72201129 , 72201190 , 72201210 , 72201221 , 72201222 , 72201229 72201290 , के अंतर्गत आते हैं" । (एच एस कोड केवल निर्देशात्मक है उत्पाद का विवरण सभी परिस्थितियों में अभिभावी होगा )

Subject : Safeguard investigation concerning imports of Hot Rolled Flat products of Stainless Steel of 304 grade into India from China PR- Preliminary findings-Reg
GS.R. 841 (E ) .-The following modification is carried out in view of the Minutes reference No. 17/3/ 2012-DGAD, dated 16-11-2012 of the Standing Board on Safeguards as below
The following lines in para 51 ( Conclusion and Recommendation) of the preliminary findings issued vide F. No.D -22011 /06/ 2012 dated 24.9.2012 i.e.
" Hot Rolled Flat products of Stainless Steel -304 grade (of all widths ) and encompassing all austenitic grades having minimum Nickle (Ni ) content of 6% , compulsorily containing chromium with or without the presence of other alloying elements like molybdenum , titanium etc. , falling under sub - heading no . 721911 , 721912, 721913 , 721914 , 721921 , 721922, 721923 , 721924,722011,722012 of the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 " are substituted by the following lines i.e.
"Hot Rolled Flat products of Stainless Steel -304 grade ( up-to a maximum width of 1605 mm) and encompassing all austenitic grades having minimum Nickle (Ni ) content of 6%, compulsorily containing chromium with or without the presence of other alloying elements under sub -heading no . 72191111 , like molybdenum , titanium etc. , falling 72191112,72191190,72191200 , 72191300 , 72191400 , 72192111 , 72192112, 72192121 72192122, 72192131 , 72192132, 72192141 , 72192142, 72192190,72192211 , 72192212, 72192219 , 72192291 , 72192292 , 72192299 , 72192310 , 72192320 , 72192390,72192411 , 72192412,72192413,72192419,72192421,72192422,72192423,72192429,72192490 , 72201110, 72201121 , 72201122 , 72201129, 72201190,72201210 , 72201221 , 72201222 , 72201229 , 72201290 , of the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (HS code is only indicative and the product description shall prevail in all circumstances )" .
