का.आ. 2779(अ). जबकि, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 34 ) की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा ।। की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय , लखनऊ को दिनांक 26 अप्रैल , 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 788 ( अ ) के तहत विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार संपूर्ण उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य क्षेत्र था;
और जबकि , इलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री रामाश्रय सिंह , अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , के नाम की संस्तुतिकी है;
अतः , अब , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री रामाश्रय , अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, को उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए " न्यायाधीश " के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 2779 ( E ) .- Whereas , the Central Governrnent , in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 ( 34 of2008 ) , had notified the Third Court ofAdditional District and Sessions Judge , Lucknow, as the Special Court for purposes of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the said Actfor the trial of Scheduled Offences having Jurisdiction throughout the State of Uttar Pradesh vide notification nurnber S. O. 788 (E ) , dated the 26th April , 2011 ;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court ofJudicature , Allahabad , has recommended the name ofSri Ramashray Singh , Additional District and Sessions Judge, to preside over the said Special Court ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 , the Central Government hereby appoints Sri Ramashray Singh , Additional District & Sessions Judge as a " Judge " to preside over the said SpecialCourt.

का.आ. 2780(अ). जबकि, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 34 ) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय, शिमला को दिनांक 26 अप्रैल , 2011 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2159( अ ) के तहत विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार संपूर्ण हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य क्षेत्र था;
का.आ. 2781(अ) .-जबकि, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम, 2008 ( 2008 का 34 ) की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारंण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय , कवरती को दिनांक 26 अप्रैल , 201। की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2156( अ ) के तहत विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार संपूर्ण लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्य क्षेत्र था;
और जबकि, केरल उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री पुत्तेकदन उबेद , जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , कोझीकोडे के नाम की संस्तुति की है;
और जबकि, हिमाचल प्रदेश, शिमला उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री पियार सिंह राणा , जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , के नाम की संस्तुति की है;
अतः , अब , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा श्री पुत्तेकदन उबेद , अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , कोझीकोडे को उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए " न्यायाधीश " के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

S.O. 2781 ( E) .-Whereas , the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 ( 34 of 2008), had notified the Dirtrict Court , Kavarati as the Special Court for purposes of sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the said Act for the trial of Scheduled Offences having Jurisdiction throughout the Union Territory of Lakshadweep vide notification number S. O. 2156 (E ) , dated the 1st September , 2010;
S.O. 2780 ( E) . Whereas , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 1 ] of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 ( 34 of 2008) , had notified the Court of District and Sessions Judge , Shimla , as the Special Court for purposes ofsub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the said Act for the trial ofScheduled Offences having Jurisdiction throughout the State of Himachal Pradesh vide notification number S. O. 2159( E) , dated the 1st September, 2010;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala has recommended the name of Sri Puttekadan Ubaid , District and Sessions Judge , Kozhikode to preside over the said Special Court;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court ofHimachal Pradesh , Shimla, has recommended the name of Sri Piar Singh Rana , District and Sessions Judge , to preside over the said Special Court;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Puttekadan Ubaid, District & Sessions Judge , Kozhikode as a " Judge " to preside over the said Special Court.

का.आ. 2782 (अ).-जबकि, केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 ( 2008 का 34 ) की धारा 11 को उप - धारा ( 1 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अनुसूचित अपराधों के विचारण के लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा ।। की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के प्रयोजनों के लिए जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश -1 का न्यायालय , पटना को दिनांक 1 सितम्बर , 2010 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2158 ( अ ) के तहत विशेष न्यायालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया था जिसका क्षेत्राधिकार संपूर्ण बिहार राज्य क्षेत्र था;
और जबकि, मुम्बई उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री प्रदीप सवाईकर , जिला न्यायाधीश -1 एवं अपर सत्र न्यायाधीश , मपुसा , जिला पणजी के नाम की संस्तुति की है;
और जबकि , पटना उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री सुरेश चन्द्र श्रीवास्तव , अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , पटना के नाम की संस्तुति कीहै;
अतः , अब , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 की धारा 11 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा श्री सुरेश चन्द्र श्रीवास्तव , अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश , पटना को उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए " न्यायाधीश " के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

O. 1456( E ) , dated the 25th June, 2011 ;
S.O. 2782 ( E ) .-Whereas , the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 (34 of 2008 ) , had notified the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge - I , Patna , as , the Special Court for purposes of sub -section ( 1) of Section 11 of the said Actfor the trial of Scheduled Offences having Jurisdiction throughout the State of Bihar vide notification number S. O.2158 (E ) , dated the 1st September, 2010;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court , Patna has recommended the name of Shri Suresh Chandra Srivastava , Additional District and Sessions Judge , Patna to preside over the said Special Court;
And whereas , the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court , Bombay has recommended the name of Shri Pradip Sawaikar, District Judge - 1 , and Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa, District Panji , to preside over the said Special Court;

और जबकि, मुम्बई उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश ने उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए श्री बाल साम्बशिव वासेकर , प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश , द्वीव के नाम की संस्तुति कीहै;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub -section (3 ) of Section 11 of the National Investigation Agency Act , 2008 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Bal Sambshio Wasckar, Principal District Judge, Diu , as a " Judge " to preside over the said Special Court.
अतः , अब , राष्ट्रीय अन्वेषण अभिकरण अधिनियम , 2008 की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के अंतर्गत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा श्री श्री बाल साम्बशिव वासेकर , प्रधान जिला न्यायाधीश , द्वीव को उक्त विशेष न्यायालय की अध्यक्षता करने के लिए " न्यायाधीश " के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।
