Notification regarding establishment of Local Office of the Board at Indore अधिसूचना
सं. एल.ए.डी. एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2012-13 /24/ 26234.- भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , बोर्ड ने अहमदाबाद में स्थित अपने पश्चिमी प्रादेशिक कार्यालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के अधीन इंदोर में अपना स्थानीय कार्यालय स्थापित कर लिया है । इस प्रकार स्थापित स्थानीय कार्यालय विनिधानकर्ता (निवेशक ) संरक्षण, विनिधानकर्ता ( निवेशक ) शिक्षण के विनियामक पहलुओं तथा ऐसे अन्य कृत्यों जो समय- समय पर प्रत्यायोजित किए जाएं को देखेगा , और इसकी भूमिका तथा जिम्मेदारी का विस्तार मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की क्षेत्रीय अधिकारिता के अधीन आने वाले क्षेत्रों तक होगा ।
No. LAD - NRO/ GN/2012-13/24/ 26234.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 4) of Section 3 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 ( 15 of 1992) , the Board has established its Local Office at Indore under the administrative control of itsWestern Regional Office at Ahmedabad . The local Office so established shall look after the regulatory aspects of investor protection , investor education and such other functions as may be delegated from time to time, and its role and responsibility shall extend to the areas falling under the territorial jurisdiction of the State ofMadhya Pradesh .
